LAST week it was Victoria Beckham. Now another footballer's other half has given women everywhere the benefit of her advice on style.
Coleen McLoughlin, 19-year-old fiancee of England player Wayne Rooney, sets out her 'Top 10 Fashion Rules' in the weekly column she writes for Closer magazine. Miss McLoughlin, who is said to receive [pounds sterling]100,000 a month spending money from her boyfriend, insists looking good need not involve spending a fortune. Here we list Coleen's commandments - and provide some interpretation.
Pandora Necklace Charm1. Shoes She says: If you're going to splash out, invest in nice shoes, as they'll last for ever.
She means: I invest in nice shoes, nice handbags, nice scarves...
2. Too revealing She says: Revealing outfits don't do much for me - I prefer to look girlie rather than obviously sexy.
She means: Let's face it, I don't have the boobs or the legs to get the men drooling.
3. Earrings She says: Don't wear big earrings and necklaces together.
She means: I've finally learnt how to avoid the Vicky Pollard look.
4. Underwear She says: Visible knicker lines don't do anything for anyone.
She means: If nothing else, please the multimillionaire in your life - after all, he's the one who pays for your designer clothes.

6. Don't wear black She says: There are many lovely colours and they can give your complexion a lift.
She means: Why get black when you can get an outfit in every colour under the sun?
7. Shopping She says: You don't have to spend a fortune and you can't beat Primark for pyjamas.
She means: ...that is if you've got no money. I prefer Gucci and Prada.
8. Accessories She says: Accessories can make even ordinary outfits look special.

9. Don't be a slave to fashion She says: If something looks great on someone else, it doesn't mean it'll look good on you.
She means: I've realised I'm not Jennifer Lopez and can't get away with Juicy Couture tracksuits.
10. Hair She says: A good hairdo transforms your whole look.
She means: Why grow your hair when you can spend hundreds on Footballers Wives-style extensions?
